Making A Purchase
This site is an offer to tender only, Honeybrook Animal Foods are not obliged to accept any order. Errors and Omissions are excluded. Honeybrook Animal Foods are not obliged to honour prices that are incorrect due to human or system error.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
Some items have different price options depending on if you are also buying a minimum of 1000 chicks or not, and some prices are quantity dependant. You should find this information readily available but please you do need to ensure you select the correct option.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and debit cards. You may send your details by phone, fax, post or the internet. If Items are not in stock you will be contacted by phone or email and offered the option to change or cancel the order. We do not operate a backorder system.
Shipping And Handling
We operate a freezer truck delivery service that covers England and Wales every 14 days and lowland Scotland every 28 days. Scottish Highlands and Islands please phone for quote. Free delivery for 3000 chicks is only on the scheduled routes.
There is a standard delivery charge of £19.20 (including VAT at 20%) for deliveries under 3000 chicks. This deliver charge covers up to 25kgs (600 chicks) by overnight carrier. If your order exceeds the weight/size allowance you will be contacted by phone or email to advise extra overnight carrier costs and sheduled freezer truck delivery dates.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will contact you by phone or email with the option to change or cancel the order.
Tax Charges
The prices quoted include all UK taxes (where due). The customer may be liable to pay import taxes if ordering from outside the UK.
Credit Card Security
Credit card security is provided by a worldwide recognised Secure Certificate (SSL), this is only used on the page that actually collects your credit card information, and at this point you may notice the domain name changes in your address bar to sslxtra.co.uk. This is provided by our ISP and the page includes our full branding. After providing your card details you will be returned to an order confirmation page on our site. No monies are taken until the order has been completed in our own computer system.
Guarantee
All products are guaranteed to reach you in good condition. Goods must be inspected upon receipt and any quality or condition problems reported to Honeybrook immediately. Due to health and safety considerations we are unable to accept returned products for any other reason.

Honeybrook Animal Foods do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Should you place an order (or register on the site without placing an order) we will store your name and address, email address and any other details you provide, together with details of any orders you place and credit card details (stored under an SSL certificate, and CVV details will be removed after use as required by law).
Returns Policy
We abide by "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
Please note that due to the nature of our product returns (or refund/credit request) will only be accepted if the goods are received damaged or unfit for use (in effect faulty), or if they are different to the goods actually ordered. The frozen food nature of our products means you cannot return them simply because you change your mind. Should goods be received damaged, faulty or not as ordered you must contact us immediately.
